About Financial Management System (FMS)

Family Planning-Field Services Delivery (FP-FSD) operational plan is one of the largest operational plans of the Directorate General of Family Planning in terms of “Budgetary Allocation” and program activities. The objective of the operational plan is to provide Family Planning, Maternal & Child Health and Reproductive Health services for ensuring healthy life and family welfare and to facilitate the decline in fertility, maternal, infant and child mortality and morbidity of the people of Bangladesh, particularly the women, children and the poor. This operational plan has budgetary allocation of BDT 144938 lac of which GOB contribution is BDT 35346 lac and PA contribution BDT 109592 lac.
